Big Thanks to Jude for helping me with the stand we had at the Healthy Living Fun Day at Broadmeadow yesterday! I think it was a very sucessful day considering the weather so thank you to everyone who came and to all the organisers!
If you didn't get chance to get up to the sports centre you missed out on some interesting stands ranging from Magnetic Healing to Hypnotherapy, there were smoothies to try, belly dancers... yes belly dancers to watch, and even some chaps from the army doing a fitness demonstration! ooo err! Overall a great fun day!
Remember to keep checking the website for offers and diving schedules, also make sure you get your tickets for the christmas party!! £20/ticket includes a three course meal and some wine on the table! Santa may even make an appearance! :)
The Club Night for December is on Tuesday 1st and our guest speaker this month is Paul Naylor who is the author of 'Great British Marine Animals'
