What a great BBQ night....!

Well after a summer of memorable weather, for all the wrong reasons! and after our start of summer BBQ which was a great event but 70 people under a pub umbrella made it interesting, the team organised our traditional end of summer BBq for Saturday 27th September 2008........ and watched the weather in trepedation!

We couldnt have planned it better!

We added a live band, "Mahoney", to this event and we were waiting with plan b for the rain, but it never came! It was a buetiful day and atunning evening albeit a little chilly! More than 60 people turned up to the Anchor Pub in teignmouth and enjoyed Chef Karels final TDC outing! As ever the band were superb and we hope to see them again at future events.

Master Chef Karel brought along his apprentice, some strange bloke for Bristol way with an equally starnge accent and funny orange coloured van! Dave has a reputation to live up to in the cheffing department following on from Karel, and his first servings of charcoal were not quite there ..... but we are told by the Master Chef that he improved as the evening went on and the beers went down and could make it yet!!
